BOH (Back of the House): Prep / Cook / Line / Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Manager

Grill, Fry, Sautee, Line, Build and Prep
Practice proper food handling and knife safety skills
Set up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery/equipment
Prepare and execute food to order and follow written recipes in a high volume restaurant
Perform full inventory items, taking inventory, and prepping ingredients for service
Flexible work schedule, you may be required to work nights weekends and holidays
At least 2 years minimum work experience, work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift at least 30 lb
Must have current food handlers card
Work well with others and able to take direction
Trustworthy, accountable and high integrity
